We currently ship Canada-wide and to the U.S.

Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of date of purchase.. We ship all orders via Canada Post Expedited, with an estimated 7-12 days for delivery. Due to ongoing COVID-19 related customs security measures, please be prepared for unexpected delays.

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of dexterandmonkey.com. Such as, but not limited to, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card. We are not responsible for lost parcels in the event that an incorrect shipping address was entered.

In order to track your order, copy your tracking number that is provided in the shipping notification email and paste it in the tracking field on the website www.canadapost.ca

Returns

If you would like to return your purchase, email us within seven days of receiving your item and we will email you with a return authorization code and further instructions. The item must be sent back unworn. When we receive the item, your credit card will be refunded and you will be notified via email. Items returned without a proper return authorization code or with the incorrect declaration will be refused.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping of returned items are solely the responsibility of the customer.

All “Sale” or discounted items are final sale, including promo codes.
